Why can’t you plan a fast for this Thursday? You can only manually add a fast you have completed or start right now. If you are fasting, you may only bring doing certain days and it would seem obvious to be able to calendar in advance. Otherwise, everything has a nice aesthetic and it works simply and smoothly for tracking fasts.

Wild love it if i could create an account and be able to sync the data to different devices!

I have used it for a month and will continue to use it daily. The app does exactly what it says it does. The interface is clean, attractive, informative, and simple to use. It tracks fasts, weight, and streaks. It allows you to correct a mistake or change your mind. It interfaces with Apple Health flawlessly. $3 one time. No ads. No intrusions.

This app is well designed and works well. My only complaint is that its watch options are limited. Namely, it will only work in certain watch complication slots on some watch faces. Really no reason not to expand these options.

If you have an original iPhone SE the dialog box for purchasing/restoring the PRO version is too big to fit the screen and causes the app to lock up. The original iPhone SE is still supported by the iOS so this issue should be addressed. Modify the dialog so it works on the smaller screen!! (The Free version works fine.)

Very easy to use! Super user-friendly and well worth the one time cost! Great app!

After failing at my first run of intermittent fasting, using this app has made the second time much easier. The countdown timer is easy to read, set and access on my phone.

I love this app. I use it almost every day. The only problem with it is the Apple Watch complications. I wish I could use the smaller icon size. For example, I use the infograph modular Apple Watch face. And the only way to show this Fast Habit data is by using the middle complication space. I wish it could use the small bottom middle/left/right complication space. I use the middle for my calendar, and I would love to see the percentage of my completed fast in one of the small bottom spaces. That shortcoming, notwithstanding, I still paid for the app and it’s premium features.
