Fantastic!

This is the second app I have tried, and I instantly knew it was right for me! I love the ability to reset start/end times, how it visibly links weight vs fast, price, and it’s ability to link with Apple Watch, etc. The only wish I have right now is some kind of color stars, words of encouragement or something in color to give me warm fuzzies! At 71 I am still 7 years old!

Unable to choose specific hour

The paid must enable users to set how many hours we want. It is VERY limiting.

Disappointed

Why do I have to use a different app along with this one? I can’t enter my information it tells me to use my Heath App

Can’t Vance subscription

If you bought the pro version and try to cancel it doesn’t show up in your apple subscriptions nor does have anywhere from within the app to cancel it. So you’re stuck paying $3 a month.

Not starting my fasts

MissADV

I love this app because it’s simple and straightforward however, it tends to stop fasting before I do. When I start a fast on my phone or watch, then check it the next morning to gauge timeframe or even to stop the fast, it shows as if it was never started. I then have to go in and manually add the fast. Very frustrating.

Works for me… needs a couple of new features

TripleG4

I’ve been using the app (paid version) for about a month and have not found any bugs. The interface is clean and the app is very easy to set up and use. A couple of caveats. I do not have an Apple Watch so I cannot comment on any syncing problems people may be reporting. Things that could be added include better tracking and display of the target fasting goal. The current version limits this to one target. For example, I started by trying to fast 13 hours per day, but I’ve been increasing the time fasting (now at 16, but had tried 18 for a brief period). The app would be improved if it could track both the time fasted and the target fasting time entered. The app would also benefit by syncing data with the cloud. This would allow the user to look at the data using different devices.

Pretty good

AN sue

Its free- which is good. I bought the add on- 2.99I wish it wiuld let me hit start and not have a predetermined fasting length. I wish i could log fat percentage because its more important than weight. ?

App

Good app but not as user friendly as it should be.

Problem logging multiple fasts starting on the same day

Maleficus187

It’s pretty good, but there’s an issue if you try to store two fasts that start on the same day. Say you start a fast just after midnight. Maybe you got off track or your schedule is weird. If I fast for 16 hours then that fast would end at 4pm the same day. Now I want to get back on my usual schedule so I want to start my next fast earlier than midnight. The app will only store one fast per day though, so doing this would overwrite my fast that started after midnight because they technically start on the same day.

Awesome!!!

Hands down best fasting tracker out there…. So simple and easy to maintain. No frills and added crap. Just track your fasts and easy. Plenty of reminders and useful items like monthly tracking. I use it everyday. Religiously !
