I’ve been shopping in FN for over a year now. First time I shopped the clothes took over three weeks to arrive because THEY put my address wrong so after it arrived to my country USPS couldn’t deliver it and it was returned to sender, which was very dissatisfying. But, I reached out through a customer service email I found and they got back to me within a few days and even gave me a gift card for my troubles. So, I decided to give them a second chance and ever since then I hadn’t really had any issues. Packages took about one and a half to two weeks to arrive and clothes almost always fit perfectly and are of very good quality. However, I made an order late November, and I chose the “no rush” delivery system, which can take up to 17 days to arrive, but I chose it because it came with a $10 gift card and I was supposed to be receiving the package by December 15 so it was fine. But, it took 11 days just to be shipped out, and it’s been “on its way” for four days now. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service to get an update but it’s actually impossible to reach anybody. The app has a section that supposedly allows you to make a claim but it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t do anything. There are no emails to reach out to anymore and, in a turn of events, the app isn’t even working anymore. You try to open it and it just immediately crashes. I’m even thinking they did it on purpose so people stop trying to reach out to them. I don’t know, I’m just very displeased. I need the items before the 18th of December…. I’m supposed to receive them by the 15th, but we’ll see. Overall I’m just really disappointed in the fact that there is NO customer service whatsoever. They’re really quick to take your money but if you need help with something, there’s no one and nothing to reach out to, which is unfair and unprofessional. This company is global and making more than enough money to create, hire and train a customer service department which would most definitely improve their service and ratings. If I don’t receive my package on time and if no customer service is implanted soon I am not going to buy from them anymore. Even SHEIN has better service and I get the packages much faster. Do better, FN!

Two weeks now and have not shipped my order. Was suppose to be delivered December 4. The messed up part is support isn’t even responding anymore. I will never use them again. I want my whole order canceled and refunded a gift card will not do. Its going to get the point where I’m going to include a lawyer since no one has responded to me at all with support

I never had any issues with my fashion nova arriving on time, mind you I’m over seas stationed in japan so i understand that shipping can be up to 3 weeks. I placed an order on November 2nd, it was an outfit for my baby shower and it was said to deliver december 2nd, my baby shower is on december 4th. When the time came, my package STILL didn’t arrive so I contacted support asking for a refund and they told me I can’t get one until my package is delivered etc and my package is on the way. So i had to buy another outfit for my baby shower and I noticed the delivery date went from december 3rd to 10th to 15th to the 23rd. On december 12th I contacted support AGAIN and cussed them out in an email saying I want my money back because it’s been OVER A MONTH since i ordered my package, the next day they responded saying they can either replace the product or give me a full refund and OF COURSE i demanded to get my money back because it’s ridiculous that my package has not arrived after 6 WEEKS OF WAITING. Overall i got my money back so if anyone is having the same issue keep emailing support.

I lost everything I had on my cart several times and now I have to look for all the items all over again! The final price doesn’t update when I put the code, the final price is always more than it should be. They are charging me more because I’m using a gift card? Wth doesn’t make sense. It’s still my money. Not a promo code…. Also false advertising on pricing just to get people to buy them with their promo code… Yes they do have nice sales but also lie about the prices. You have to be very careful to check the material of the clothes to see if it’s worth sale or no sale. They put a high price tag but then “goes on sale” to make people wanna buy it more to make they think they’re saving.

Love the clothes, dislike the customer service. I have found no possible way to contact fashion nova about my order. Phone lines have been turned off “to better serve us”. There’s no listed customer support email that I’ve found and when I go to the help tab it keeps asking me what the issue is, I click on an option and it reloads the contact support page with no actual way to contact support. I paid $15 for expedited shipping and every day since the order was placed it’s been delayed. Every single day it says to expect it by end of day. And then it’s delayed again. I’m not sure what they’re using the money for if not to ship my items out, but I am disappointed in the company and the lack of contact methods they have available for customer support. I have yet to reach a single employee for help. How do I get help with my order???

I’ve recently made an order that was over 300 dollars and waiters 3 weeks to receive it. I’m in the military so usually when I order something they drop it off at the military postal office because they can’t come on base to my barracks sometimes. This time however they decided not to do any of these things and just returned it back to sender. So now I am short 315$ and I can’t even call Fashion nova to see if they found my package or to try and send it somewhere else because they go online for everything now and when I tried to the return tracking number in they said it was not found or I had to wait a couple 2 business days.
