I have ordered a handful of things for men, whether it’s clothes or accessories and never receive them! But when I order womens items for my wife they come quick without any issue or hassle. They only cater to women. Everytime I contact them they always refer me to a full refund. Not even trying to look into my order. I do not recommend for men at all!

Filters don’t work making it difficult to find items. Can’t checkout better off using on a desktop making the app pointless

I ordered a package two weeks ago and paid for express shipping and I still have not received it.

This app has horrible glitches, and my cart always empties itself when I exit the app, even if it’s only for a few minutes. It’s very irritating having to shop for all of my items all over again.

I have updated the app and make sure I have a good internet connection and the app won’t load anything or let me login. It keeps popping up an error! I don’t know what to do.

So I placed an order today and it logged me out right after my order was submitted. I try to log back in and it says not found. Like really. This has happened 2 times now and it will not work now I can’t look at anything. I tried and it’s not allowing me so I hit forget password just says not found not found. I am mad I can’t even see other stuff or shop the website or anything because of the login failing.
App needs to be fixed

I’m not sure if this is since the update or what…. All of the categories have little to no selections to choose from. Each clothing category will only load 6 items, maybe 12. It’s not even allowing me to search for items I know are on the site. I had pink boots in my cart and now I can even add them back. Good clothes but app needs to be fixed asap.
