I’m done buying from FN. – Fashion Nova Review

I’ve been shopping in FN for over a year now. First time I shopped the clothes took over three weeks to arrive because THEY put my address wrong so after it arrived to my country USPS couldn’t deliver it and it was returned to sender, which was very dissatisfying. But, I reached out through a customer service email I found and they got back to me within a few days and even gave me a gift card for my troubles. So, I decided to give them a second chance and ever since then I hadn’t really had any issues. Packages took about one and a half to two weeks to arrive and clothes almost always fit perfectly and are of very good quality. However, I made an order late November, and I chose the “no rush” delivery system, which can take up to 17 days to arrive, but I chose it because it came with a $10 gift card and I was supposed to be receiving the package by December 15 so it was fine. But, it took 11 days just to be shipped out, and it’s been “on its way” for four days now. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service to get an update but it’s actually impossible to reach anybody. The app has a section that supposedly allows you to make a claim but it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t do anything. There are no emails to reach out to anymore and, in a turn of events, the app isn’t even working anymore. You try to open it and it just immediately crashes. I’m even thinking they did it on purpose so people stop trying to reach out to them. I don’t know, I’m just very displeased. I need the items before the 18th of December…. I’m supposed to receive them by the 15th, but we’ll see. Overall I’m just really disappointed in the fact that there is NO customer service whatsoever. They’re really quick to take your money but if you need help with something, there’s no one and nothing to reach out to, which is unfair and unprofessional. This company is global and making more than enough money to create, hire and train a customer service department which would most definitely improve their service and ratings. If I don’t receive my package on time and if no customer service is implanted soon I am not going to buy from them anymore. Even SHEIN has better service and I get the packages much faster. Do better, FN!
