The costumer never email me back and once hung up the phone (they had a attitude). Plus they let the worse shipping company every (laser ship). I didn’t get my cloths three weeks later three times…. Their cloths are good but horrible service and shipping

If I could give no stars I would..I had a delivery get held at FedEx while I was out of town so FedEx went the package back y’all have had this package since Dec per the shipping info and I have yet to receive my credit I have checked every email I have and nothing!!!! I also have another package that I paid express shipping for my package was held for days no delivery no updates then all of a sudden 8 days later it says delivered yet I never received the package shipping company says nothing they can do and of course there is no number to get in contact with anyone at fashion nova and they are saying they can’t do anything because it says delivered I will never order from you guys again! That’s over $100 down the drain and you don’t care!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased 4 pair of pants. Received them and only like 1 pair. Now I’m trying to RETURN the other 3 and they will not send my my USPS return label. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I have been trying every day since 01/25/2022 to return the 3 pair of pants. FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB!!! Then a lawyer next.

I try to pay for fast shipping in hopes that I will get these items in time and yet it still takes a whole month to deliver my order.. it’s faster when I order an item individually versus a big order and it’s very frustrating. Definitely a waste of money paying for fast shipping when it takes days to move around in the states and a whole month to even get to me. The clothes however are cute and some do fit true to size which is why I keep giving them chances on shipping.. definitely don’t rely on them for an upcoming event, I always end up going with another store for backup dresses which defeats the purpose of shopping on here all together.

I’m tired of BOTH the app and the website. They are both slow. If I’m on one and sign on to the other, my bag DOES NOT transfer. The app closes frequently and EMPTIES MY WHOLE CART. do you know frustrating that is? Y’all need to figure it out !

My first few orders were good. However, their return policy is terrible. They charge for shipping to only offer store credit. No returns offered at all on swimwear and I ordered the wrong size, so I’m stuck now with a swimsuit I can’t even wear. I doubt I will order from them again
