Takes everything out my cart

Love the app only problem is I put stuff in my cart then it clears everything out and I don’t remember what I put in it so I no longer want to buy anything jus fix it so my stuff never leaves out the cart at least until I purchase thank u

Get the bogo jeans notification right, so I open the app and find a few pair of jeans I want, go to check out and got some sort of discount but not the bogo. I go look at the description of sale and it says on jeans that are full price…….every pair of jeans is at least 2 dollars off and the sale is only 5 hrs. So the question is how are we to bogo when everything is on sale for 2 dollars cheaper voiding the bogo sale currently going on.

This app deletes everything in my cart WHILE I’m still in the process of shopping. It makes it virtually impossible to for me to place orders. The app never used to be like this, but the quality is just getting worse and worse??

I put in an order for clothes and had to cancel right away… there is no way of doing that. I wrote them and the help center is all automated.

Anyone reading this be careful what email you make your account with because for some reason they won’t let you change it even if it’s a email that doesn't exist…I misspelled something in my email name and it’s stuck on the account so if you have a return you want to do they wont help you unless you email them from the email associated with the order number. The employees don’t email you back for 3-5 days and after that they stop emailing completely it’s very Lazy and unprofessional to not have a phone service to call and for returns to only be given onto a gift card is selfish and us having to pay to return our items after we paid for the shipping is greedy…the clothes are cool but other than that fashion nova is terrible

You can get the same stuff at SHEIN for cheaper. Horrible customer service. They loose your package or charge you for expedited shipping and you get a whole week later or more. The quality of a lot of the clothes are not what you pay for. I tried to give them a chance over and over. I’m a size 8 in shoes and out of 6 pairs I had only two fit. Since they no longer have that item in stock they can’t issue a refund. Good luck with your orders. It’s only famous because of artist. In reality it’s all a rip off.

I lost all the money from my order. I spent months trying to contact Fashion Nova, they do not answer emails and they do not have a customer service number. The worst of all is that my order arrived defective, it was broken and unstitched and even so I could not make a return or get my money back. totally ridiculous

I gave this app a one star because I had ordered two items and noticed that it never got here, I checked with my neighbors and said that they haven’t gotten anything. I don’t like the way this app lets you know when it arrived and it also checked by it self that it was delivered. I try to contact them but didn’t help me because it had been more than 30 days, so disappointed on this, never trusting on this app EVER again. I HATE IT to spend my money on this, please don’t trust this things. A TOTAL SCAM!!!?

Love their clothes but they false advertise their promotions. The buy one get one free jeans don’t work I calculated everything in my cart and nothing was taken off.
