I ordered a Denim jumpsuit and the messages was constantly stating that it was on its way with varying delivery dates! The bottom line is that order number 89207171 is now in NJ and the Package is damaged ! You guys ONLY REFUNDED me $4.99 and today zip pay took out $10.12 plz REFUND my ENTIRE amount or I’ll post this LACK of professionalism EVERYWHERE

Pretty bad shipping they take to long to sent the packet even if you pay extra for rush shipping the process still the same 2 o 3 week to get you packet at home so if you try to buy something with then for vacation or something like make sure you you buy it four or five weeks before

It doesn’t even let me get in the app and i wasted a bunch of money on clothes and i can’t keep up with my order?? I’ve tried deleting and re downloading the app and nothing has worked!

The app constantly crashes or won’t even open during the bigger sales. The checkout process is super clunky and needs smoother transitions and easier way to add or save payments but that makes complicated layer of additional needed protection so I under why they don’t save payments. Super annoying how you cannot filter AND sort selections on the app (which is doable on the site). ZERO customer service help! Better check those addresses! Using the search feature on the app is a joke. The resulting pictures are insanely small and hard to shop through.
