Love the clothes HATE the app! – Fashion Nova Review

The app constantly crashes or won’t even open during the bigger sales. The checkout process is super clunky and needs smoother transitions and easier way to add or save payments but that makes complicated layer of additional needed protection so I under why they don’t save payments. Super annoying how you cannot filter AND sort selections on the app (which is doable on the site). ZERO customer service help! Better check those addresses! Using the search feature on the app is a joke. The resulting pictures are insanely small and hard to shop through.
