I was in Licorice Pizza mgmt 1980-1985 after Record Store & Record Revolution in Talleyville 1976-1980. I was Store Mgr in Carlsbad CA in 1981-3 when the store was 1 of 25 USA record stores chosen to carry CD’s.

Super fast convenient. I was able to exchange my tickets for a later time super fast. Did have to call or go in to exchange.

Service is great. Now with Covid going on I’m not going to the movies super often. Rewards expire too fast. I’m never able to redeem a single reward…

Do not appreciate the service fee. The cost of movies is already to high. You make this seem user friendly, but in reality this just another way to take advantage of the customer. I will not use the Fandango App in the future.

This is more for the company than the app but now I am forced to go directly to the theaters to buy tickets because Fandango will not give me a refund for an AMC ticket that I am entitled to. If I had purchased the ticket directly from AMC for a movie that had technical difficulties during they would have issued a refund on the spot. To make matters worse, this was Spider-Man the day after it premiered and we had to buy another ticket that day at another theater an hour away and had bad seats. We have purchased hundreds of dollars of tickets every year and gladly paid the convenience fee every time but now I am out $30 in addition to that and no one will answer the emails or the phone? Will be deleting the app and buying tickets another way.

It works better when you download app. If u don’t it’s very difficult to use. I’m giving this a 5 because once it’s downloaded it works well.

I think this fee is excessive. It truly deters me from wanting to purchase through this app. It too high.

Don’t get this app it’s separate from the theaters and after the movie showtime even if you weren’t able to see the movie you won’t be able to get a refund and will be left on hold with customer service for half an hour this is trash
