I’ve been a Fandango customer for over 5 years. Never had an issue. Always works, no hassle. The convenience of having all the theater companies near you in one single App, and instant movie reviews and previews makes it even better. It’s a must for all smart phones!!

Very easy and quick way to find showtimes and buy tickets in advance. Save the tickets to passbook and as you walk in the door of the theater, it will pop up on your home screen. So far, great. Unfortunately they tack on a convenience fee for every ticket and I think they are a bit too pricey. The price of progress?

Your app and website are not user friendly. It would be far more convenient to see and choose the seats that are available for the movies before I jump through the hoops of choosing the number of adult and child seats. Why not show the available seats for given movies and times and simply let me pick the seats and then assign the age of the people Sitting in them. It would save me time and make the online experience move faster. Why jump through the hoops only to find out the only seats available are in the front row or not available at all? It just isn’t a fun experience, not on the app or on the website.

Convenience fees are absolutely stupid and archaic. Get with the times - people shop using their phones or apps. Fees are a big deterrent even if it is just $3! Cheaper to purchase through AMC or Regal directly too!!!
