Convenience fee sucks❗️

RippinRita

I think a $2 convenience fee would be sufficient, not $5.37

Discounts

While the Fandango service is very convenient, most theaters have discounts for military, using the app I miss out on these discounts, there should be a way to verify and get the discounts.

To everyone!

If you’re using Apples movie trailer app stop using it. This app is better because not only it’s active it’s very informative it’s updated. Apples movie trailer app hasn’t been updated in 4 to 5 years. So just use this app you won’t be disappointed.

Doesnt care about COVID

Adriiilove<3

So I found out I was exposed to covid about 20 min into watching the new Spider-Man. So naturally I left and quarantined. I contacted @Fandango to see if I could just see the movie on a later date. They said no n just took my 30$. Don’t buy from them. Money driven company.

Convenience fee

Slautenbaugh

Disappointed that I’m a fandango member and I’m still paying a convenience fee. This is supposed to be waived but it’s not.

Great!

Works well

App disadvantage

JeeZee73

There’s no privilege of being a member and we have to pay a convenience fee ? Better off using the regal app ??‍♂️.

Very limited choices to use their rewards

Jane7344

While you pay about $4 when you purchase tickets (connivence fee), they give you a $5 reward for every 4 tickets. However, there is very limited choices to use it. Time to use it is limited (a couple weeks after you get it), and you have to follow the link in the email. It was limited to only 6 movie choices and some on demand ones (you have to swipe left to see all the choices). We have never been able to use the “rewards”.

Convenience Fee - really!?

they make this difficult

Disappointed the convenience fee is almost as much as one ticket! Does it really cost that much to the vendor for me to schedule and pay for my own ticket? It seems like I’m actually helping to save the vendor $ by not needing to go to the box office and take time from their employee. Very disappointing, I’ll try to figure out a different way going forward.

I didn’t have an option to type in fandango card

SammyKenz

Was charged and it didn’t give me an option to use my gift card
