Took my money and I didn’t get to watch what I payed for

Rented a movie through the website and was forced to download the app in order to watch a movie I already payed for on the site. Sign into the app and the movie I rented is not in my library and I literally got a notification that they took my money. I feel like this whole thing is a scam tbh. Plus a refund takes mad long. Deleted it and won’t ever be using it again.

The only down side is some of my discounts expire before I can use them at times.

Fast and easy checkout. I love when I can use Apple Pay. I also love the fact that for every 4 ticket you buy, you get $5 credit toward further purchases. Not sure if you can let them rack up but that would be cool!

1 star until pop-up ads are removed. We pay money in this app, there should be minimal ads and absolutely no pop ups. If my theater supported atom tickets would of moved to them long ago because of this.

Fees are too high

I would give it 5 stars but paying a $1.79 fee for a $6 movie is ridiculous. I told my friend to never buy me a fandango gift card again. The fees are way too high for a gift card!!!
Understanding Reserved Seating

Understanding Reserved Seating is difficult as it needs a pop up telling you that there are no seats available at the requested time for the requested movie. Instead a customer awkwardly attempts to purchase seating when none is available and in reality a customer has to switch movie times until they see a different layout and can purchase a reserved seat for the different time. A simple pop up window saying “No reserved seating is available for this requested showing time.” Then give options to select either to exit, or select a different movie time with available reserved seating would make it so much easier for the customer to find a time where reserved seats are available. That’s why I have given the app only 3 stars. If this pop up were to show up, it would make the app more user friendly and make the purchasing process quick and easy to use.
