First of all the app is not consistent. Every time I make a purchase through the app it does not remember my password. I gotta get my password every time. I hope it’s better now with covid and all and not too many people using it.

problem w/letgo
This is the second time I’ve tried to use a Fandango gift card and when I went to check out something came up about “adding” something (about a pass?) when I did, it automatically charged my DEBIT CARD!!! and completed the purchase! I had no warning that it was going to do that and therefore I wasn’t able to use my gift card! As soon as I am able to use my gift card, I will NO LONGER be using the Fandango app, I will be DELETING IT! Also, as for your convenience fee...it’s as ridiculous as your app!

I love that this makes using my amc stubs rewards easy, and keeps my card on file, so I don’t have to go through my wallet. Good to look up by theatres or my movies. Easy peasy.
Movies at home...

Movies at home show on the phone but not a tablet?? What gives? Now they do not show on the phone either. Garbage.

I just noticed the almost 4.$ convenience fee! :/ glad I noticed it now.... I’ll definitely just purchase the tickets at the theater.
App that only opens website

What is the point of an app that only opens a website? Any movie I click on, automatically launches Safari and goes to the Fandango website. The only reason I’m using Fandango is I received a gift card. I would never recommend Fandango because of added fees and the lousy app. Very user-UNfriendly.
Slow, terrible UX

Everything in this app takes forever to load and I consistently have issue with navigating it or finding what I want. Really needs to be fixed.

I got 2 tickets the app was easy to navigate except for when I got to the seat selection it wouldn’t let me pick the second seat. When it finally did go through it wasn’t even close to my partner.
