I love FB, and I have been using for for almost 10 years now. I have had a small issue recently, which is when I reply to comments my friends have made on my profile picture, they don’t show on my side. I don’t know if my friends see my replies on their side or not. I updated the app to its latest version, but that did not fix it. I hope the developers check that bug and fix it soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. My Facebook was deactivated for the longest time but I had messenger activated so I could participate in several group chats. Anyways, my account got hacked at 2am one night and I was receiving emails about my password being changed, my email, etc. Then when I click on the button that said “click here if it wasn’t you who made this change” it took me to a page where I could try to recover my account. It was too late. They already changed all my info within 2 mins. Now I took screenshots of all this happening and sent it to the Facebook support team to resolve this issue and get my account back. THEY LITERALLY DIDNT EVEN REPLY!!!! How are you going to have a company that has users with a ridiculous amount of private info and then not help them when their account gets hacked? This is absolutely absurd. I will never be an advocate of this crappy crappy company every again. Goodbye Instagram, goodbye WhatsApp, and anything else affiliated with Facebook
Photo causes freeze

This app is still freezing when looking at a photo. This has been happening for a while. Hope fb figures out how to fix it soon.

These bots are out of control with disabling profiles. And all the help links and report a problem links are broken. No one reads the appeals, they just decided it’s still against standards. Even if the context is being playful to a friend or talking about a meme with a fictional theme. I get 30 days bans every time they don’t like something I say. Their excuse for not reading appeals, is “Covid,” when it can’t be consider most online work is remote. If a post seems questionable, then have a warning pop up asking to check the dialog. With friendly sarcasm between friends, the bans are too extreme. I was even once in trouble for saying an animals markings “looked like a raccoon” since a slur is in the word…. Meta isn’t helping anything, and FB refuses to have working help links.

Over and over and over Facebook has proven they care nothing about their customers. Privacy is not one of their concerns as they collect and sell everything you see, search, post and share. I’ve been with them for since the beginning but I’m done with them and their corrupt evil ways. I’d rather pay for a secure app than sell my soul for this “free” app… remember, “nothing is free”. As the app is becoming overrun with pedophilia, political censorship, elimination of personal thoughts and limiting everyone’s freedoms of speech I will just distance myself from these types of people and behaviors. God Bless America!

Just like some other street catcaller Facebook is a place for such illegal activity where protection and privacy is a big question. Facebook proved its creation reason every-time after all it was made by a desperate insecure criminal guy(mark) to invade and spoil others reputation and privacy .

You guys really need to stop spying and tracking everything your users do, even outside the app. Why is it that the ads that pop up in app are about something is was just talking to someone about, and not necessarily in the app. This is extremely creepy and needs to stop Also, it’s really infuriating that people aren’t reading marketplace listings. Too many people ask “is it still available” they never respond. I put in the ad that I won’t respond to those, but people do anyways.
