Needs adjustments to algorithms and user support

I loved Facebook Marketplace, but now it has been “upgraded” and has so many glitches! No user support either. How can you not have a category to list Garage Sale, but you have a category for search of Garage Sale? That makes no sense! How does anyone get their ad listed under garage sale? Also, adding a date range for garage sale listings (and frankly for all listings) would help so much. I can’t tell you how many times I inquire on something only to be told the garage sale was months ago, or the item sold and they forgot to take the ad down. If you had an expiration date, that would be helpful to everyone. No customer support is huge. People get flagged for listing a Seagull statue because it is against community standards to sell animals! It is not an animal, it is a cement statue! These bans or rejections need a real person to review and help customers. If someone does break a standard, please tell them exactly what is wrong, not some obscure “bot” response. Also, the new avatar is horrible! The old one that was a “comic” version was much better. If we wanted a realistic avatar we would use a photograph! Please integrate a group of real end users in to your project team for upgrades or enhancements. I don’t know what Project Manager is running your upgrades, but they sure can’t be PMP certified because they don’t follow any of the standard project rules!

Put in FB jail for no known reason and they can’t even send a working link to restore me. Not impressed with the “new” Meta system and or fb right now!

Notifications page stuck

When I click on a notification from EJI (Equal Justice Initiative), it goes to their page but does not allow me to go back to the Notifications page. The only way is to closed out the app then relaunch it. Please fix this.

No Reels Button

The fact that I don’t have a Reels button on my Video Creator page is ANNOYING! I’ve reported it twice and still no resolve and I’m updated. I see my friends have the reels button on their pages. Crazy thing is I have to go through the back door to post a reel from my business page, which is go to other people’s reels from my business page and then click my face in the top right corner to access adding reels. Smh

Facebook is basically treating users like toddlers and handing out timeouts for the most ridiculous things. I had a 7 day ban for the word “dumb.” Someone posted spam and I commented “dumb.” It’s getting so dumb. I also think they should concentrate on public posts or public groups and not private groups where the people are basically like-minded and chose to be there. The only reason some people choose to be there is it’s the easiest way to stay in touch with family far away. But the control is un-American.

My freedom of speech is being violated, I post photography on my page. And sometimes memes and yet I got restricted on it for posting a raccoon riding on a dumpster. Y’all seriously taking everything as political. To control social media like that is the start of communist. I’m done with this app if I can’t even post a cat video. And I hear loads of people with this issue. It’s just stupid.
