I find express scripts to be not user friendly and very confusing! It used to be so easy, your meds came automatically every three months . Now I am frequently asked do I need a refill or not. So I have to get all the bottles out and see if I can match anything to whatever is in the email. Sometimes the numbers do not match the bottles. Why can’t you put the name of the medication in the email so I don’t have to guess. Frequently I am asked to order a refill when I already have a refill at home waiting to be used. The other problem is there is no way to delete meds I am no longer taking. Whoever set up this website should be fired! Irene K Sato

Can not log in. Keeps giving me system error. It’s just a messy app. Not well organized nor functional.

I love this ap. You can refill or request refills. Also check the status. Track your prescriptions etc. Mail order is the way to go

The worst in prescription service. Certain Medication aren't covered. I takes 10-14 days to get your Rx when it is too late and yiu have run out of medication. I hate having to use this service. I miss using my neighborhood pharmacy!
