The app is fine, great, actually, but having to do the ridiculous I’m not a Robot pictures is highly annoying. Either I’ve signed in correctly, at which point you might think about accepting that it’s me or I can just call in and renew my refills! I fail to see the value of playing picture games!

I was able to use this app yesterday but after it updated today it will not log me in. I even deleted it and downloaded it again and it still fails. It allows me to enter my credentials but just flashes and returns to the login screen.

I used to be able to order multiple prescriptions at one time but now each refill has to be done separately.

The app, imo, is terribly user unfriendly. I always have to log in to the full website to actually order my refills. The app just takes you around and around.

Latest revision appears to have been written by someone who doesn’t test their work. I log into app and then try to price a med. I now have to log in again. Pop-up windows are so big, they don’t fit screen and you can’t press “continue” to dismiss. I tried to provide feedback and after pressing send, the app messages that there was no activity so I was logged out. Company needs to spend some of our script money and hire a decent app developer that makes sure the app works before releasing it. I guess when you are the largest Pharmacy Benefit Manager in the country you don’t have to provide service or a quality product

App doesn’t allow me to price a medication. Once I tap on that selection I am then bumped back out to the sign on screen.

I just registered for this service, and I seem to be unable to add a shipping address to my account. Lots of “system error” screens and constantly having to log in again when visiting a new part of the app. Walmart and Walgreens Pharmacies (both of which are far more convenient) have apps and online interfaces that are far superior to what I’ve seen from this app so far. It’s really too bad that my insurance provider (Medica with CHI in Nebraska) only works with an online company rather than any local pharmacy.

Still easier and faster to pick up from local pharmacy, rather than wait a week for a new prescription to arrive.

Always says I have an eligible refill but after I order I get notification that the scripts we actually NOT READY FOR A REFILL and that they will process when they are eligible. WHY????????????????? Also Face ID goes thru the motions but NEVER works. I ALWAYS have to enter password. Have jumped thru all the hoops in setting but it never works.
