Renewal difficult

The renewal process is very frustrating. It should be an easy process to renew after a 90 day supply but it is not. We need to go into the app each time and renew. Then it takes forever to receive the prescription. Very bad/awkward inconvenient process

I like using Express Scripts. They are prompt and ordering is easy. I appreciate the easy way my doctor can order prescription online when I am in the doctor’s office and I have everything taken care of when I leave the office.
