Website – Express Scripts Review

I find express scripts to be not user friendly and very confusing! It used to be so easy, your meds came automatically every three months . Now I am frequently asked do I need a refill or not. So I have to get all the bottles out and see if I can match anything to whatever is in the email. Sometimes the numbers do not match the bottles. Why can’t you put the name of the medication in the email so I don’t have to guess. Frequently I am asked to order a refill when I already have a refill at home waiting to be used. The other problem is there is no way to delete meds I am no longer taking. Whoever set up this website should be fired! Irene K Sato
