Tired of logging in & cumbersome

Touch ID never works, I’m tired of logging in, defeats the purpose. The app is cumbersome. Enlarge fields and change so when I click into a field it isnt prefilled and requires me to place the cursor at the end, and backspacw to clear. Either leave it blank, or add a drop down.

Would be great if it would save the RX card to wallet or had PDF export so you could print it or show it in the pharmacy. Should really rotate the image of the card if I rotate the phone.

I don’t know what happened to your app recently but it’s horrible ! I used to be able to log in and so everything like price medications etc with out any issues . Now I have to log in all the time with anything I press , trying to price medications is impossible ! Go to price a medication and it makes me log in again! Not only that after logging in it brings you to a page to find a pharmacy if you can even read it which you can’t because it’s so large and not a normal app page but more like a desktop page ! This app never was like this , why mess with something that isn’t broken. Congrats expressscripts you have made your app useless now especially when we need to price a medication in a pinch ?
Error at Every Turn!

I just downloaded this app because my husband got Express Scripts with his insurance this year. I can’t do anything! I try to price a prescription, it kicks me out, then when I log back in it says system error. It won’t let me add my address or a payment method (system errors again) and it’s not showing any of my prescriptions or giving me an option to add them. Please fix this and I will update my rating! Right now, I’d give it zero if I could; it’s absolutely worthless.

This app use to be a great resource for learning my meditation cost before I arrived to the pharmacy. Now it is glitchy and I’ve updated it several times. Something needs to be done about this . Anyone else having glitch issues with pricing meds ?

The APP makes you login multiple times even though you are currently logged in. I get system error messages frequently. I need to use the app to manage my prescriptions and I find I get frustrated.
