Express Scripts has become a VERY, VERY BAD JOKE. If you can avoid them do so. I have been over supplied in (3) medications, and under supplied of (1) medication. When I say over supplied, one medication is a 15 month supply. Other medication is 12 months and another medication is 12 months supply. These over supplies does not include the bottle I’m currently using. I only take 4 medications. I’ll have to throw away a minimum of 4 bottle of medications I’ve paid for. I losing approximately $140. And probably more will have to be tossed more with a total financial lost of $255.00 gone. I have use Express Scripts for over 15 years. I’ve never had these kind of problems before, but 2021 and now starting 2022 have been very bad. I pray they will fix this.

I ordered a prescription over a week ago, with Nee Years Eve taken into consideration it should have arrived within the time I needed it. I was told that it would be sent in to ship out the day that I called. It was not shipped until I called for a second time. Now my medication will be days late and I experience bad side effects when my medication routine is changed. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

I love express scripts. It’s so great to reorder my prescriptions from one location. Everything I need is on the site, and the app is really nice too. If I have a prescription that needs a new authorization they take care of that as well. My orders always arrive quickly.

Trying to figure out how to add a second person to the app, meaning the member plus spouse. I was told that I could set up a separate account (presumably in the app) but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Was stuck in a loop of not being able to login or talk to anyone for days. This company has no interest in helping people.

I see that the ordering has changed to me it's confusing. I just did some ordering and not knowing if i place more refills i had a hard time getting out of the review part very confusing Thank you Linda

The app (tech-wise) is decent but the company does not believe inclusion. My wife is on my plan but they sent two IDs with my name on it. So literally there is no ID for my wife despite my company offering benefits for the spouse. Is this the 50s? You guys can easily add two names to the same account number in your DB. It’s rather insulting being a woman when her card has her husband’s name to get her prescription meds.
No way to cancel meds.

There is no good way to cancel meds/remove meds from the med list.
