Half working functionality

Things this app needs to work on, the smart scan is inefficient and always takes days, the travel@expensify functionality hasn’t worked for me any of the 7 or so times I’ve tried to use it, and probably the easiest thing for Expensify to do to make this better is to where you can upload pictures from your camera roll instead of having to always “retake” them from Mobile device.
Lost exspenses

Lost about 3 months worth of expenses. Took pictures of the receipts, edited the expense to the correct amount and clicked save. Had to sign out of the app because the app never would send a verification email. Got signed back in and lost receipts. There should be a local save feature.
Unclear and no real help

Support chat is a joke. Canned responses that sometimes take hours. Not an intuitive interface.

Good app but annoying quirks

It is annoying that it tries to automatically smartscan every receipt - it isn’t smart and it rarely gets it right, I would rather type the details myself. It often overwrites my inputs.

Smartscan doesn’t work. So I have to take a picture of a receipt and then email it to myself and then Rand a screenshot from my laptop to submit a receipt. Absolutely terrible waste of time

No where in the description does it state that this is a 7 day trial or how much the app costs after trial? Deceiving

The app allows only the most basic actions. - You can not change the status of reports. This is annoying. - You can't comment on reports.
