Useful but buggy

Love the time saved but keep crashing and serious user experience study to be done.
Failed to set up

After sending a link to validate my new account, and clicking on the link. Expensify pop up stared “invalid.”. It blocked me from setting up an account. Thus, setup Wuickbooks account instead.
Seems to be missing basic functionality

Maybe it’s a UI issue but I can’t see any of my direct reports’ expenses to approve and pass on to finance, which is the only reason I downloaded the app.

I remember spreadsheets and taping receipts to 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper to snail mail to corporate. Do you? It was drudgery. Life has forte. So much better since Expensify! This connects all the things and lets me go paperless for my own reports, as well as review and approve the expenses of folks on my team. It has come a long way in the last couple of years in particular. Very good app!

Really frustrating that when you click on a link from email it won’t bring up a report for review and quite disappointing this is something still not fixed. I wish I could just use the web app but sadly it forces you into the iOS app.
For those who hate expense reports!

This is by far the best expense reporting system I have used. It is very user-friendly not cumbersome at all. It is a great tool for the traveling working professional.
