What a garbage app. Why would you create an app where you can’t add multiple pictures to attach receipts. Concur is so much better. I can take a picture of each page of a receipt and add all images to that expense so you get all the pages of a receipt. Lazy app development.
Difficult to submit a claim from another email address.

Scanning receipts is pure torture. This app hasn’t functioned well in this regard since I began using it. Our entire company has the same complaint. Fix it.

Loved this app until they took away the smart report ability! I would have gladly paid for this service. Now I rarely use it. Just a fancy pdf maker now

First, let me say that as a free service user, I get that I’m probably not your primary customer. That being said, I love this service (Web site and app combination). It has made managing and tracking expenses infinitely easier. My problems with Expensify are small, but persistent: 1) As a humanitarian aid worker, I live overseas and travel to different countries frequently. I would prefer to be able to set the currency exchange rate based on the rate I received, rather than Expensify’s prescribed exchange rate. 2) It would be really helpful to have a search field within the app. 3) Most of my receipts are in languages that Smart Scan will not read. I’ve tried Smart Scan a couple times when I have a receipt in English, but I still have to go into the entry and add additional information, so what’s the point? I would be happy if that functionality just went away since it adds an extra step in creating an expense entry. 4) I often use a Expensify to keep track of project expenses, I figured out that I could enter the budget for a project as a negative expense, which allows me to keep track of how much money remains in that project. I would appreciate a more streamlined approach. 5) I know this might be cumbersome, but I could use a third level for tracking an expense: Category, Tag, & ???...something! 6) Finally, please add a simple graphics editor (crop & rotate) to the app. That’s where receipt photos are input. Thanks for the great work. Keep making it better. And thanks for the free-user option!!!
