This is expense reports done right. The web and mobile interfaces make it easy to record expenses, reconcile them and export to PDF for documentation. I highly recommend trying it.

This could easily be a 5* rating, but it seems every other month I have to reestablish a link to to card so that the expenses will show up automatically. For that 1 reason I do not like using this app!!

This app makes submitting my expense report one of the easiest tasks of the month! The scanner function is so accurate and pulls the information from receipts so that you virtually do nothing! I recommend this app to anyone that has zero time to spare!

Very grateful my work chose to start using this app. This made filing expense reports and collecting receipts so easy. Love that it connects with Lyft and Uber too.

Downloaded this app for work and can’t even get signed in for the firs time... most of the other employees are having the same problem..

The Smart scan will go into an endless loop and never read the receipts. Can’t figure out how to stop it. Have just figured out how to add expenses without receipts. Just started having this problem within the last month.

Smart scan used to be a huge time saver - quick and accurate. Lately it takes up to a day to scan and errors are pretty common. I used to be able to take a picture of a receipt and just forget about it, but now I have to check them all and fix far too often. The developer response is condescending. I have used the app for several years. For most of that time it steadily improved. Smart scan removed all of the cognitive load and made it fire and forget. That is no longer true. Errors have become common and scan time is 24 hours or so. That means I have to think about it now. I always scan at point of purchase. Instead of the lame “you’re holding it wrong” excuse they need to fix this. Obviously they are having scaling problems. I guess that means business is great, so good for them. It won’t stay great if they don’t get back to making the product get better with time instead of worst.

The app doesnt work properly and you have to insert alone most part of the expenses. After some day you’ll notice lot of bug that the support wouldnt be able to fix. You pay for nothing. I also reached their support by email detailing the trouble explanation. One month of email exchange but they weren’t able to fix it. I paid for it but I cannot fully enjoy it. I’ll use some other similar app even free and better working which I would recommend to be sure to carry the expenses report out.
