Offline, crashes and scanning

Doing expenses is already painful, this app makes it even worse by layering on technical problems. The app keeps saying it’s offline, it crashes, when I take a pic of a receipt I get a never ending scanning progress bar. This app is unusable and useless.


Great for simple manual tracking

Great app. I have been using it for a long time. I only wish I could download to CSV.


Total bait and switch

Avoid at all costs. This program has absolutely no support and will not allow you to run the free version. If you try to submit expense report it will create accounts rather than correct typographical error‘s and automatically bill your credit card or bank account if you submit that information.Avoid at all costs.


Horrific Expense Process

Be prepared for “smartscan” to take hours. It would be easier to simply enter the info. If you are trying to decide on an expense company, this is not it. Use Concur, which I had with my previous company.

Poor User Experience

The purpose of the app’s “concierge” feature is unclear. It told me it had everything handled, which made me assume it was actually taking action on my part to report my expenses. It was not. This caused my reimbursements to be late.

Counter intuitive interface, incredibly frustrating bugs abound, this is an app I use by necessity


Report submitting

Finalized a report and attempted to submit through the app and the emails have yet to be received. Not a trustworthy process.


Good for one company, not two

Handy for capturing receipts and generating expense reports for one company. Not usable for more than one company. Responsive customer support but they often miss the mark on answering questions and can waste time.


Customer support is terrible

I cannot get help with my app. Have an approved expense, but cannot get reimbursed because I cannot move the reimbursement tab to active. I cannot get anyone to respond to my message.
