Retrieve resource key errors when you update to the most recent version. 6/15/19. After the update the camera views don’t show.

Multi pane view badly pixelated on startup. Frequently loses camera set- ups. Have to constantly re select cameras. Timeline playback on search does not jump to next motion recording. Not properly formatted for notch screens - sidebars are white.

Two weeks ago you did an update and I started getting resource key error. Your recent up did not fix the problem. How about getting this corrected?

Constantly having issues connecting , the updates do not help .. do not waste your time and $$ on this system ..

Update to my previous review, as of July 23, 2019. There was one update since June that did not fix anything :) The mobile app constantly crashes on my iPad, then tries to restart and crashes again. Do they have an iPad to try it on before pushing an update? Who writes these? I think my 10 year old nephew can do a better job at his online computer courses. For those who are stuck with this garbage product, the way to make it work with this version is to catch when it begins reloading and hit “dismiss” on the logo screen. If you do so, then click back button and it should work for the next 5-10 min. Then rinse and repeat .... This is my update to their update of June 15, 2019. I wanted to disable updates on my iPad because of this company (but honestly forgot to do it) and guess what, this morning, this app stopped working because of that. Argggggggh! Seriously, what kind of brain dead developers do you have that can't test the basic thing before releasing an update????. The app tries to load but then hangs up on retrieving resource or some other bs. Resetting the login helps for one time and then it bounces back to the same error! I seriously can't deal with this company anymore! So whoever wants to buy any of their products please think twice. Also be aware that after you pay them thousands of $$ for their DVR, a few years down the road it will start popping up messages demanding you to pay them more for updates. :))) How much you would ask? In our case it was $600+ yearly! Yep, that's what I call ransomware. Although, on a second thought, can I pay you not to install any of your updates? Anyway, just sent them a tech support request, saying that the update broke the iPad for the DVR (the primary tool I'm using in the store) and in response got crickets...... quite normal. OLD REVIEW: I've been using this app for over a year -- end of 2016 now. I would gladly NOT use it but I have no choice because of my employer who purchased their surveillance system w/o doing a good research. So now we're stuck! So my advice to you -- stay away from this company! So what's my beef? I seriously don't care about all the "cool" features they mention in the description. All I care about is being able to see the live feed from our security cameras. And make it reliable. That is it! So what does this app do? Every time I start it up the view freezes for a few seconds. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it does not. So I have to force quit this app and restart it and only then it shows the live feed. Now, the most frustrating bug. Why? Seriously, why would you not have an option to disable my iPad from going dark (or going into screen saving mode) when I'm viewing the live feed? I mean how brain dead your developers are not to realize it!? I usually put my iPad on a desk to watch what's going on in the building but then I have to constantly touch the screen to make sure that this stupid app doesn't go to sleep. Very frustrating! I contacted their tech support about a year ago and reported it as a bug. So what did they do? They said, aha. And did absolutely nothing!!!

This product is beyond poor and hasn’t worked in 5 months. Way too much money for zero service. Exacq should be embarrassed.

I have a lot of servers out there. 5 with Judy one client. And the recent release of the mobile app has caused me nothing but headaches with clients using Android. Tech support seemed aware of the issue but they don’t seem very proactive. I miss the old Exacq and when they were here in the USA. I even had a client with an exacq server who asked me to remove it and replace it with a Hikvision!!! I couldn’t believe it’s come to that. But that’s how frustrated and mad some of my clients are. Updating the mobile service on the server didn’t make any difference at all. What a shame......

Currently app stopped working. I should be able to go back to older version . Simply reloading app is inconvenient, if you have a dozen systems to reconfig. Don’t come out with something that doesn’t work.
