This application update broke the app entirely. Now, the app doesn’t identify or recognize the web service at all. The newly released update to fix the outstanding issues not only doesn’t fix the known issues but creates new ones as well. The only question is: who writes so poorly???
After the update this app stopped functioning completely. Thought maybe it had to do with the Apple software update. It did not. It did not work before the update by Apple. It does not work after the app update by Apple. Any user acceptance testing done??
I should know better than to upgrade to a new version immediately! Thumbnails appear, but when I click one for full screen the images sits for a moment at very low resolution, then the screen turns white wit “No Video” displayed.
Newest update has caused the app to be worthless. Cams will no longer load properly, etc.
Did the most recent mobile update Wont allow to connect to cameras ...I can see them on the list but unable open to a large view screen
Ditto to what everyone else is saying! I will be moving away from Exacq technology. It should not be this difficult!
Last 2 updates with same problem. It loads straight to settings page. It say is connected but there is no option to see the cameras.
After the last 2 updates the app still won’t show the list of cameras or any views even though it shows connected. Roll back to when it worked fix the bugs and test before you release.
