Cannot view cameras. QA fail. Update: 8.0.2 fixed above problem and it's working fairly well. A few times it has stopped responding to touch. Can clear that by holding down and selecting full screen.

Works one minute then you spend hours receiving login failed error after it was just working for you. Useless app.

Update Oct 2016 You guys manage to fix one thing and break two! So frustrated. I'm glad I haven't purchased any more of your products. But still stuck with a dozen of them and would like the remote app to be fully functional and bug free!!!!!? Update: Sept 2016 Another new release without fully testing. Now there are no views available. I have a dozen servers. Same thing on all of them. How is it possible to miss this before it's released? I sure wish Exacq was the company it was before they were sold off. I used to only install Exacq exclusively. Now you couldn't pay me to install one!!! Update in app. 03-15-16 Another screw up. I now have dozens of units that can't be accessed by the app. In my iPhone 6s or new iPad Mini the app doesn't retain password. So for each unit I have to add username and password every time! I'm at a point now if looking for another server mfr. ever since Exacq sold out it has gone down hill! 2015 We install a lot of Exacq servers. Major issues with new update and ridiculously long hold times for tech support. When this happen to us it's for dozens of units and I have a lot of unhappy customers. For the cost of the NVRs and licenses completely unacceptable!!!

I've been using this app for over a year -- end of 2016 now. I would gladly NOT use it but I have no choice because of my employer who purchased their surveillance system w/o doing a good research. So now we're stuck! So my advice to you -- stay away from this company! So what's my beef? I seriously don't care about all the "cool" features they mention in the description. All I care about is being able to see the live feed from our security cameras. And make it reliable. That is it! So what does this app do? Every time I start it up the view freezes for a few seconds. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it does not. So I have to force quit this app and restart it and only then it shows the live feed. Now, the most frustrating bug. Why? Seriously, why would you not have an option to disable my iPad from going dark (or going into screen saving mode) when I'm viewing the live feed? I mean how brain dead your developers are not to realize it!? I usually put my iPad on a desk to watch what's going on in the building but then I have to constantly touch the screen to make sure that this stupid app doesn't go to sleep. Very frustrating! I contacted their tech support about a year ago and reported it as a bug. So what did they do? They said, aha. And did absolutely nothing!!!

Version 3 ,4, 5 the worse ever- garbage

Well, how many times this company can screwup this software? Shame! there are there bunch of zeros that can not develop an app. if you thought to upgrade to new version forget about it. Screen freeze, very very slow app,You won't be able to use anymore cell connection but only WiFi and it is still slow. It is harder to navigate. don't upgrade !!! Version 5 to 8 it's garbage. Are the losers going to fix it ever?

I have to say coming from an ONSSI system to Exacq. I am extremely happy. This is a very stable mobile app as well as server VMS. App loads so quick, video retrieval is very easy but a little buggy, however it may possibly be network related.
