They managed to make an awful app even worse

The app was and is very clunky, slow and impossible to train customers on. We install the NVR gear which works well. The app is embarrassing. The update broke several of our clients connections and we are still struggling to get them fixed. PLEASE get this a priority !!

Worst app out there

Servers won't connect

Suddenly none of the servers will connect on my mobile application. This is needs to be fixed fast.

8.x no cameras visible on iPad Pro

No cameras visible after the 8.x update on my iPad Pro. Still works fine on older version on my phone.

Can't see cameras on this update, will now use my iPad to look for a replacement company. Nothing Exacq about this update. Only reason I gave 1 star is because it won't let me leave no star.

Broken app

This app used to work fine (granted it had some minor annoyances/bugs) but now it's a pile of junk, doesn't work at all. Keeps saying web service configuration error, version check failed. What? Is this some kind of built in feature to force users to pay for maintenance if they haven't been and upgrade? Everything was working fine until they "fixed it". Please put it back the way it was.
