Headache – Exacq Mobile 3 Review

I have a lot of servers out there. 5 with Judy one client. And the recent release of the mobile app has caused me nothing but headaches with clients using Android. Tech support seemed aware of the issue but they don’t seem very proactive. I miss the old Exacq and when they were here in the USA. I even had a client with an exacq server who asked me to remove it and replace it with a Hikvision!!! I couldn’t believe it’s come to that. But that’s how frustrated and mad some of my clients are. Updating the mobile service on the server didn’t make any difference at all. What a shame......
