It’s beyond my understand how can a company the size of Toyota can have such useless app. It drops all the time. Every time you reconnect you have to “allow” it on your iPhone. Doesn’t work and useless. ZERO stars. This app could not, I repeat, COULD NOT but worse if they tried to. Worse piece of software I have dealt with EVER. Very dangerous as you trying to reconnect while driving.
Love the car. Hate the app.

This app currently has an average rating of 1.4. Nuff said. It’s very difficult to find apps that are rated worse than this. It’s virtually impossible for apps that have been downloaded as many times as this one has been downloaded and still get such a terrible average rating. On the plus side, I love Toyota vehicles, and honestly, I think very highly of a Toyota. I still think, based on the facts I’ve read, they got screwed in a huge way by our U.S. Congress on the brake acceleration fallacy. That should be a big black eye for us, not for Toyota. I still feel like our country owes Toyota an apology and a refund of penalties paid plus interest. I have a 2018 hybrid Camry, which I love. It’s my second Camry hybrid. Before that, I owned a Prius. Since 2004, I’ve driven nothing but Toyota hybrids. My wife and kids also drive Toyotas. We are all very satisfied with our vehicles. This app suite may be the weakest part of the entire driving experience. Why does Toyota give us a user interface and apps that are far worse and less functional than every driver already has on their cell phone or tablet? It provides little or no advantage. This encourages drivers to do things on their portable devices that they shouldn’t be doing while driving - and this is why such a horrible app is a really bad thing! When I turn on my phone or tablet, the first thing I do is override this ridiculous Entune app. I’ve updated the app many times, hoping that it has gotten a major upgrade, just to find out that it is still terrible. Obviously everyone else feels this way as well or the rating would go up above a “F+” which is the letter score equivalent of a 1.4 on a 5-point scale. I can think of far better ways to improve the driver and passenger digital app experience in Toyota vehicles, but nobody has asked me, probably because they think they have it already figured out, as shown by continually updating this digital dinosaur.

Just bought my first Camry 2019 xse. Have always had GMC. Love my car, HATE this system. It’s the only thing I miss about my GMC vehicles. That and I didn’t have to pay for remote connect. I expected a lot more with Camry system. Just not up to par.

Because EVERY SINGLE TIME I turn my 18 Camry on in prompted to update and then install Entune. Why?! Do annoying. Makes me hate this car. Toyota needs to fix this

I love my Camry but the Entune app constantly crashes or has an error message constantly popping up on my screen saying some apps won’t work. Have went online in search lf numerous fixes but nothing seems to permanently get rid of the issue. Cmon Toyota, you can do better than this!!

Horrible! The solution my Toyota dealership suggested was to go buy a new system. Toyota charged me $1000 for a system that is crap and suggests I buy a system from an outside vendor as a solution. National Toyota office wouldn’t respond at all. They know it’s crap. If I had known before I bought this brand new Camry, I’d not have purchased it.

This app pops up and asks to ignore or accept.... when I accept, app opens up and provides zero options/functionality. This disrupts what I was doing prior. How about I accept and it stays doing whatever in background?

Totally worthless. Extremely distracting difficult to set up uses cell service for GPS. I really don’t want to set up my phone every time I get in the car. If I would have know how bad this was I would not have bought this car.
