Crazy complicated

Go find a Ph.D. If you want to use this sucker. It is complex, my phone’s map app won’t work when it is connected, and I have no idea how to use most of the features. The dealership added the app to get my phone to work with the Bluetooth feature; heaven forbid I have to re-install anything because it is just too complicated.

The choices if the partnership on the navigation is horrible. I can not even get my map to come up and it only works half the time when you need it. Why not use google maps or ways. I spent way too much on a car that can't even use the nav system half the time. Fix this issue and show us you care about your customers. When will the fix be made?
Entune needs to be replaced

This app is ruining my driving experience. Take too much time to connect and does not always connect. Never connects via USB. Apps buffer often in a good cell service area They need to fix or replace ?

Is this really the best experience Toyota can offer its customers in 2018? The Scout navigation app they provide is the worst navigation app I have ever used. It has none of the features that Waze, Google maps, or Apple Maps offer. But they don’t let you use any other navigation app on the Toyota display. The only music options they give you are Pandora, slacker, or iHeartRadio. If you want Spotify, or Apple Music, that’s not an option. And even if you wanted to use the apps Toyota gives you, it doesn’t work unless you have the Toyota app running on your phone in the foreground. It will not work properly if it’s running in the background. Why is Toyota forcing its customers to use this horrible process and these horrible apps? Here’s a crazy idea... why not let your customers actually use the apps they want and already have on their phones through android auto or Apple CarPlay? It’s not rocket science Toyota. Figure out how to let your customers use what they want instead of forcing them to use what you want.

I PURCHASED A 2018 CAMRY AND THE ENTUNE AND SCOUT HAVING BEEN WAITIN FOR AN UPDATED VERSION. TOYOTA BLAMES APPLE. BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT BEFORE I PURCHASED THE CAR. BAIT AND SWITCH ⚠️

Each day I realize even more, how VERY BAD this App is. Detracts from iPhone functionality. Spotify sound via bluetooth doesn‘t even use extra speakers. Google maps competes with Spotify...Don’t get me started about Scout Link which can’t even find a route „Home“ when it is s straight shot down the street. Entunes should allow the passenger to activate the keyboard when the passenger is sitting in the passenger seat...easily detected by the airbag activation. Anyway, the system is useless unless you have a smartphone attached. Needs satellite GPS. They better do a serious firmware update or I‘ll consider DUMPING my otherwise great 2018 Camry Hybrid...How can this App and Scoutlink be so DARKAGES!!!!

My wife and I bought 2018 Camrys for the safety features and comfort. Thank God for Bluetooth...iTunes, etc. This app rates LESS THAN ZERO. Constantly logs off, doesn’t connect...simply brutal....
Car downloaded update now this does not work

My 2018 Camry just downloaded an update to the car and now this app will not work at all will not open and will not work. The scout gps was already a complete failure
