While I was traveling in another country, an update broke EasilyDo completely. All of my trip details were suddenly unavailable! Bad words don't even begin to suffice! The app won't accept my password and does not recognize my e-mail for password reset -- even though I received e-mail from EasilyDo on that account less than two weeks ago. The reviews here show this has happened to other people, but not a hint of this fiasco appears on the EasilyDo support pages.

After fixing a login problem with google and Facebook now it will not let you sign in with an email account on the app; but you can login on the website.

This app used to be great. After the past couple of updates the app is slow, buggy, and has annoying ads. After the last update the app would not start. I had to reinstall it to make it work. Now Facebook photos show in very low resolution. At this point is more hassle than the hassle is supposed to save you. Is a shame they are devolving with each update. UPDATE: The last update actually deleted my premium account. I'm out the money I paid now and with all data erased. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Was perfect until June 2017 update. Have now deleted due to does not work at all. Don't waste your time trying to fix it or delete and reinstall... Such a disappointment?

Update messed up all my settings and not let me see what my notifications are when I use the app. It's always blank now...whatever

With the last update, this has become pretty useless. I previously used this to stay on top of birthdays for friend s and family, as well as track deliveries. Now, I can only see receipts and events. EDITED: after reading other reviews, I was able to fix the problem. I love the ease of use when the app actually works.

This was once an extremely useful service, that I happily paid for. I became nearly dependent on it in about a week. And then... they imploded. One update that was so poorly executed that customers, like me, were unable to access the app at all. Moreover, they don't even show that I ever had an account with the service. Needless to say, I'll be working with AMEX on a refund of my subscription and I'm actively looking for a replacement. It's a shame. A great app, ruined, and it's not clear to me that the company will recover.

This is a great app. The newest version fixed the crashing issue but now when you check UPS tracking info, the website is not formatted correctly. They also have not improved or added any new features (more tracking companies, receipts, etc.) for a long time. They might just be focusing on their new email app...?
