Now logs me out after each update

**Edited review after 2 years** EasilyDo now logs me in as if I'm a new user each time I log back in. Have to re-add email accounts each time. Useless now. This used to be one of my favorite apps. Now looking for a replacement. [Original post] I use this multiple times a day to be reminded about important emails I need to follow up on, track package shipments, learn about events near me, and see social media status updates.

Won't accept iCloud login

This app worked pretty well until I started getting repeated messages to sign into my iCloud account--which I tried to do over and over again. It kept telling me my password was incorrect which it wasn't. I finally just deleted the iCloud account to stop the messages but I would like to know why The iCloud account can't be logged into. I contacted support and they suggested two-factor authentication could be the problem but I don't use two factor auth. Can the developers please fix this glitch. (Checked in with Apple and it is not an issue with my ID login.)


Constantly breaks

I used to love this app. Now, not so much. It constantly disconnects from my Yahoo! Account, then sends me emails that my account is offline (gee, thanks). When I open the app, it prompts me that it will need to access my calendar, contacts, etc. when it used to simply take me to the home screen. I wish they'd fix it because this was a favorite until recently. Now it's just glitchy and annoying.

I have used this app for 4 years and I depend on it. It now is useless to me. I have to keep logging in to my Yahoo emails at least twice a day. Access to my emails is what makes this app useful to me. There is absolutely no customer service on this app. You can't call them nor is there an email for customer service. I did respond to the emails I received advising me the my Yahoo account has gone off line. It was returned as not deliverable. My 1 star is based on this recent glitch. Should it be fixed I will amend my rating back to 5 starts it would have gotten from me prior to this problem. I really hope this problem get resolved, as this has been a very useful tool for me.

I bought the premium for 40$ per year and this app has saved me I don't know how many times! If you fly a lot you need to get this! It gives you instant updates on your flights whether it changed gates or is delayed. There was one day my gate changed 5 times and the app notified me instantly!

*Updated Review* I'm so disappointed in how this all has been in recent months! I've missed so many birthdays and events due to a loss of connection that has become a "multiple times a day" event. The emails stating I'm offline and need to reconnect my Yahoo account are getting ridiculous!!! Please fix or I'm deleting once and for all! I really love this app as it helps me to stay on top of a lot of different things. I wish you didn't have to pay for the automatic contact updating bit such is life!


No way to cancel

Don't update it ruins it!

First this app is not easy to use, it's not a very well thought out app. The frequently asked questions and support within the app is impossible to access and doesn't work. I've been looking for instructions on how to cancel I thought I did cancel the last time but I was charged again.


Going Downhill...

I used to love this app and it was one of my most used on a daily basis, but at some point (possibly after an update recently) it has basically stopped working. It's constantly telling me my email is expired and I need to link it again and after doing that 10+ times I gave up. It's no longer tracking packages the way it was so it's basically useless. My upcoming travel itineraries that were on it have disappeared for good. Have to delete unfortunately. It's too bad because this once was a great app.

UPDATE July 2017 Log-in issues fixed. Now Yahoo mail issues. Asking me to reconnect every day and sometimes twice daily. A stupid error since the EasilyDo email app has no such issue. PREVIOUSLY IN MAY 2017 When it works it is 5 stars-- and is the perfect personal assistant. But the log-in issues, buggy updates and frankly lousy attitude from Customer Service, is atrocious, especially as a Premium user that pays $4.99 a month. To solve my issues with app ( since the worst update ever last week), I had to read other reviews and follow their great advice at figuring out how to fix. Hit test then production: then my Facebook log-in recognises my Premium account through iTunes and my membership since 2013. Hopefully this will continue to work properly, as customer service did not respond since Thursday. Admittedly it is the weekend, but as a Premium user, I expect better.
