I have been a Premium subscriber for many years. All of mg data was wiped out and my subscription not recognized after te June update. Horrible.

It crashes when I click on "merge all." It does not allow me to restore my purchase. All of my settings are back to default. EDITED: Thank you Boston Eel and Zoe Rayne. My account is back to normal and my purchase has been restored!

It was nice when it was working. My account, so many others, appears to have been deleted. I tried creating a new account but the app continues to crash. I am going to remove this app, which I had enjoyed using since 2014.

I didn't check here first, and I tried to reset the app by deleting it and downloading again. It doesn't recognize my password so I used the "I forgot my password" function. But I didn't get an email. Guess I will just have to wait until it's debugged and try again. When it works, the app nags me. It's annoying but it alerts me to something important often enough to be worth the nagging. So I will reload it if I can.

A month ago I would give this app 5 stars. I loved it. After this last update though it is horrible. It wouldn't allow me to log in. It lost my account and forced me to create a new one. The app itself now kind of squirrelly and merging contacts causes it to quit altogether. Please fix this last update.

After June 14 update, I can't log in anymore. It says invalid email???????? I am getting charged 4.99 month and can't use the app.

What a useful app this is when works. Signed me out and when resetting the password it's not sending email to change. So I am now stuck!!

Great, so you log me out for updates, and now no matter what I do I can't log back in. It would appear that my account is gone with all my data along with it. Will be looking for another program. Can't risk having this happen again.

I am extremely frustrated right now. Deleted the app thinking that would get it working - of course now I'm totally locked out and no recognition of my password. I have been unable to access EasilyDo, and am getting no definitive response from the company for over a week now. I can't log in. I can't track anything. Glitches can happen, but there's no excuse for poor or NO communication along with a fast solution. Horrified. Once my subscription ends, I'm gone. Certainly there's something much better out there.
