Recently -app is a mess

Qigong eye doc

This used to work great but now the only thing that shows is the weather, Nothing else. I have been using this app for years, now it may come to an end soon

What the heck happened?

groovyfirechick

This app used to be amazing. Now I can’t see any Facebook birthdays and none of my notifications are working. Looks like I need to find another app to replace this one.

Disappointed

SexKitten305

It keeps me on my toes and I like that!! Cant sign into my email account now since the latest update please fix. I have to keep signing in everyday or twice a day. Im erasing it till its fix.

RIPPED OFF

AtHomeWithATome

Birthdays were shown a day ahead, could not text people from inside the app, weather would display the wrong city, email confirmations were missed, etc... all this even as a Premium user. When I contacted the developers, they said they couldn't address my issues due to iOS restrictions (which would kind of make this app useless for iPhone users, right?) so they offered a refund. After following up numerous times, they finally mailed me a $5 check. Seriously? I paid $40 for the Premium upgrade. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Terrible app and even more terrible customer service.

No more Facebook

TLRied

A greatest feature has been removed. The app has removed notifications for birthdays via Facebook and can only be pulled from your calendar or contacts list. Well, no real point I’m no having this app!

Loved the former EasilyDo vs this replacement

CherishedCook

Since Edison took over EasilyDo app there’s hardly anything showing in the app! What happened !?! No more tracking packages etc just shows up calendar . Is there an update happening soon?

Not working again

clemency_fane

EDITED - removed original review. I give two stars for what it used to be. Now it only deserves one. Used to be great, had some problems, was fixed, now it's back to problems. Does not update or track packages. I give up, sorry. I'm going back to Parcel Track.

This app still work? No it doesn't Do not purchase in app items. They don't work!

Mr.MojoRizen

I rated 5 stars only to put my review at the top. Stupid Apple rating system. Buyer beware! Heard back from their one and only customer support agent/bot, they're claiming most of their engineering resources (probably outsourced to Europe or Asia) has been shifted to their email app. What she/it should have said was ALL of their resources have been shifted. They are probably out of funding and are trying to stay afloat (Pied Piper anyone?). Odds are they didn't post February payments to their outsourced companies and so those Edison Assistant servers or bots have been "turned off". Hence, no activity since 01/28/18. Do not buy any of their in app purchases. They can't not fulfill. We know Apple can't or won't verify a developer's claims. They should remove this bait and switch app. It's fraudulent. My lifetime premium services lasted one year. I definitely overpaid for one year of service. *****Below is previous post**** Zero activity or alerts the past week or so. So much for premium services. This thing lasted about a year or so. Better off going with their free email app which does mostly the same thing.

Horrible update

Evejen001

Since the last update as the previous reviewer stated have to enter my Yahoo email daily & request a code ( it never stays logged in like before) Also the package tracking doesn't work. Once I get out the app I have to keep logging in to see my package deliveries. This app used to be great when it was Incorporated with the email. Since it separated it's the worst. Lucky I gave it 2 stars. Developers.... FOR THE LOVE OF GOOD PLZ FIX THIS!! If not I'll be deleting the app. It's supposed to save you time but it doesn't. It's more time consuming

I can't believe what EasilyDo admitted doing when I had a problem.

Edited (or updated) Review Begins Here (Posted June 17, 2017): Quick update, EasilyDo has not responded to my latest message back to them. It's clear; they do not want this iOS user as a customer any longer. There's quite a bit of competition in the App Store for organizational and efficiency improvement apps, so if possible, I recommend steering clear of EasilyDo. Original Review Begins here (posted May 28 2017)I am not sure if I've ever reviewed an app before but this just can't go without sharing. Too bad you have to give at least one star as a rating. My issue was that I was having problems in the app adding my outlook.com email address via imap just was following all instructions to a T. I sent a message to the support team and the first response was that the team member didn't know what the cause of the issue was so my matter would be elevated. No complaints so far. A couple of days later, I receive this message, "Dear ~~~~, Thanks for your interest in the EasilyDo app. While the EasilyDo app remains very important to our team, a large portion of our engineering resources have been hard at work on bringing v1 of our new Email product to Android. As a result, our ability to provide improvements to the EasilyDo app has been limited. The EasilyDo app will continue to function and its core functionality is monitored and maintained by our team. Limitations presented by recent updates to iOS and changes in policies for various third-party services (ie: Instagram) have hindered functionality some of EasilyDo's more popular features. We understand that this may be frustrating to some users. If you’re a user with a premium plan who would like to cancel, please let us know and we’ll give you instructions on how to do so. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Best, *******" The above is unedited save my name and the support person's name. My reply hits the reasons I could think of why EasilyDo shouldn't be on anyone's wish list, "You realize your response amounts to a big middle finger to some of your longest and most loyal users! This response is unbelievable, in fact. It says that your company values a non-existent android user over any existing iOS user. Must be because no other iOS users will pay to subscribe, so you need to broaden the customer base. Another way? Be innovative, resolve clients' issues and win loyalty. Another issue, if you can't take care of what you already have (i.e. The iOS app), why would you ever think that expansion is the right decision? Sounds like ignorant and blind greed. Plain and simple to me."
