This app used to be legitimately helpful. Now crippled and glitchy. Looks like there has been no development since it’s been 11 months since they last updated.

I’ve fallen in love with Edison Mail, so I was truly excited to try the assistant app. I had also read that there were premium features available, which is a bonus if all is working in the free edition. Then, it hit me......the account access offered in this app is nothing compared to their email app. WTH? It’s odd that it cannot link between the two for login purposes. Couldn’t sign into my work account, couldn’t add my live account. I was limited to the gmail account I sometimes use. Figured it’d still be worth a go, even though the email assistant features are now rendered useless to me, right? No! My calendar is trash, nothing seems to just work. How is there such a fantastic email application with security, and add ons in comparison to what is out there, but then something that to me, should be even easier; gets ignored? Was it a different team on each app? To be fair, I also tried it on my Android.....because I’ve read a response from Edison that iOS causes the limitations to this app. That’s false. The Android version has the same kinks for me! I’ll still lovingly use and recommend your email app guys, but this should be either fixed or removed. It hurts your reputation as a developer so badly. You and I both know that iOS users have a high standard for what’s acceptable as an app. That’s not to knock Android, I love mine. But seriously, I use primarily iOS as do many others because what’s available is EXPECTED to work in both hardware and software. Please address this.

This was my go to program, it had had everything stored in it. This morning I woke up to all information being erased. So the fix ... erased all the information?? Why should I pay you 4.99 a month or an annual fee when you lost all my information??

Updated 5/2018 I previously loved this app and recommend it to friends and family-now I can’t even log in. None of my account info was showing even though all my account info looked good. I figured I would sign out and back in again to prompt connection. I first tried to sign in with email but the app said I previously logged in with Facebook so I clicked to connect through Facebook and am stuck in an endless loop. I’ve had this app since 2015 and now have to look for other options Old review: I am a procrastinator that hates technology. This app manages my day, draws attention to important emails and tracks packages. This app is amazing for travel. It pulls my flight, hotel and car information from emails and even maps locations. It shows me the weather for my vacation location and with just a click I can set automatic text messages notifying my husband when my flights land! Easy to set up and after that it lays everything out in one easy to read page. Thank you!
Another example of good app gone bad after new ownership

I used to rely on this app a lot when it was called as “Easilydo”. Package tracking was spot on. Ended up paying for Premium status. Things were good till the sale of App to Edison. Now this App is an equivalent of a Paperweight. Just sits there and does nothing. No package tracking, regardless of how many sign ins and sign out/ reconnect your account. Save your time. Stay away. You have been warned.

Won't link to email rendering app useless. I wrote support still w/ no response. So I deleted it. Completely stopped functioning properly. It won’t even delete my account. It gives me some bogus error “Oops! Unable to delete account”. Horrible. I want my account deleted.

WAS THE Best app on my phone, hands down!!! Edit: What happened???!!! This app now does nothing, catches nothing. Doesn’t remind me of anything. Doesn’t refresh weather. So confused. I hate to delete it as I loved it for years but it doesn’t work anymore.

This app used to be so good. It would organize your day keep track of all your receipts,PFD files, airline tickets, it just kept track of so much information and now it just doesn’t do it anymore. It won’t even give you the correct address for local gyms that are posted correctly in your calendar. I’m not sure what’s going on but the software developers really need to take another look at this app and straighten it out.
