NO COMMUNICATION FROM DEVELOPER – Edison Assistant Review

I am extremely frustrated right now. Deleted the app thinking that would get it working - of course now I'm totally locked out and no recognition of my password. I have been unable to access EasilyDo, and am getting no definitive response from the company for over a week now. I can't log in. I can't track anything. Glitches can happen, but there's no excuse for poor or NO communication along with a fast solution. Horrified. Once my subscription ends, I'm gone. Certainly there's something much better out there.
