Hold on to your money. This nice looking app does all but actually play your music. I've done everything I possibly could to make it work. Reset it, deleted and reinstalled, messed with every feature. Nothing. And screw Apple for no App refunds

Great player. Seems to know how to use sound check to level volume unlike Apple stock app. BUT, if I close the app while a song is playing, the song keeps going until I hit pause using the stock Apple Music interface. Please add the option of adding to or building play lists.

I've been using this player for a month or two now and when it's not being just a little bit frustrating, it downright doesn't work. Like, does not play music work. Deal breaker -will sometimes not play music. I've tried restarting the app, I've tried restarting the phone, neither of which helped at all. Not what I want to deal with when I'm in a rush and just want to listen to some music, yikes. Gripes: -you have to swipe in an oddly specific way to trigger skipping through titles/artists/etc by alphabet. I still haven't gotten the hang of it, and again, it's been two months. I am usually great at that sort of thing, so I have to imagine it's the app -no way to play all music by an artist without queueing all of it. Why do we have to tap 4 or 8 times with what should just be a single tap? -the filters tab (how you switch from sorting your music by artists/albums/etc) is way up in the top left corner. Also takes two taps to switch, which isn't the biggest issue, but why have something be two taps when you've got a ton of unused space in your interface? Ideal solution? Take a look at Apple Music's old design. Have them on the bottom. Move it up a tad while music is playing Not ideal but better? Move the filters button to the bottom left or right. -same issue with the shuffle button for all music. Haven't used it but it looks annoying to hit every time -shuffling while you're in the actual song page player takes two taps and moving on the screen. 100% would prefer tapping an icon multiple times None of the gripes are the worst thing on their own. I would probably give a 4 star review if it was a great player with 1 to 3 of those things. But all together, it's way more trouble than it's worth I switched to Ecoute because the new Apple Music update was driving me insane. Guess I'm switching back because I guess the people at Ecoute don't really understand UX.

Need to be able to change the artist cover art. It just chooses a random album to display. Also when i put songs into a queue and lock my phone it resets the song.

I've been pulling my hair out for a long time now using Apple's Music app. Now I wish I could delete it because all I use is Ecoute!! I love that I can display either album art or lists. And that dark mode is a feature every app should have! The only thing I miss from the Apple app is the recently added section...

This app doesn't play a single song on my iPhone 6s Plus. I cannot recommend it.
