Perfectly simple

JCKOPP

This app does exactly what you wanted to and is incredibly simple and intuitive to use. It's exactly what I wish the native music app on the iPhone looked like.

Excellent

Best music app in the AppStore!

Please give us the option for album art size

Sebastien_T

Please please give us the setting to change the size of the album art. Way way way to big. I get that some people like it just give us the option. Great app otherwise.

Outstanding all around

After dealing with the "Boom" player and all its annoying/constricting quirks, I decided to find an app that gave me freedom to listen to my music how I wanted to listen to it with ease and quality sound. Ecoute was highly recomended by friends and I gave it a go. No issues at all, any question I had was quickly answered and I'm back to enjoying my music 100%. Thank you for the hard work you clearly put into not only programming the app but really understanding the music fans needs and giving us a great experience.

Great App

NXJ5967

This is my favorite app for playing music stored locally on my iPhone. Simple and easy to use without all the bloat of the Apple app.

Can't Restore Purchase

I paid for Ecoute not that long ago. As of now when I go to redownload the app onto my new iPhone 7 it is once again asking me to pay. Absolutely not. Contacted developer. Told of my issue. No response. Absolutely will not pay for this app yet again.

Yay I can rate songs!

But I can't see my playlist folders and sub playlists

Quality music app replacement

After using this for a few days I've found some things I enjoy and others I hope the developer might address. First I like the options to shuffle by album and mark certain tracks or albums as excluded from shuffle. Also viewing the library in grid format is a great option. The issue I've run into is the ability to tap into an album from the player screen. In the stock ios 9.3 music app you can tap the artist name/song name and it immediately brings up the album. Then if you tap on that song or a song within the album, it automatically turns shuffle off within that album and plays it in normal succession. With Ecoute I have to perform several steps to accomplish the same result. Otherwise I really like the app but I'm still on the fence about using it as a full time music app replacement.

Excellent

I tried another music app due to it's ratings and Carplay support. I was very disappointed BUT Ecoute is very, very nice. It's attractive, it works well, it doesn't crash AND just does what the dev says it does. :) Suggestion: Build in Carplay with the next version and it would be even better. I'd pay for that.
