Never Works + Bad Customer Service

The app is incredibly frustrating. What Works: Super Easy to add funds What doesn’t: On the Go orders don’t go through Or - Go through, charge your account but somehow the store doesn’t receive it despite the confirmation number Store refers you to customer service and then Customer service refers you back to the store Incredibly frustrating - Do not recommend
I want to be able to tip the Dunkin employees!

Works great most of the time; when there are errors they seem to get resolved within a day or two. The only function that I feel like this app is really missing is adding a tip via the app for my orders. The Dunkin employees who make my food and coffee in the morning do it regularly and know who I am at this point. Being able to easily add on a tip to let them know I appreciate that is something I really think should be allowed

Every since they did this update, my app crashes every time I try to check out. It’s been like this nearly two weeks now. I’m a loyal customer and order on the app every day, so it is SO DISAPPOINTING this suddenly doesn’t work.

Why can you choose the amount of pumps of flavor swirls, sugar, & cream but not regular flavor shots?? & why can’t I add espresso shots to frozen coffee ? I like mobile apps to order ahead but these issues are so frustrating!

I can’t believe how many reviewers are saying the same things I am experiencing on this App. Used to be great. I’m thinking COVID has increased its use and now it is overwhelmed and doesn’t work? Come on Dunkin. Get some programmers on this. Just 6-12 months ago it was one of my go to apps. Now.. no history on app or online. Favorites don’t work. Adding a donut adds two “surprise me” donuts every time. I can fix in edit and details show one donut but order summary still has two and they still charge for 2. Today I added funds, placed order, but got no confirm. With no history I can’t tell if order went thru. No confidence it worked. Very disappointing
