Back in working order??????

So happy that the order history and favorites are working again! These are two features of the app that essentially make it worth using for on the go ordering. Thanks!

First off, I enjoy the stores service, product, prices, and loyalty rewards very much. However regarding the app, after over a year of using this app it keeps giving me error messages when I try to load money on app for contact free payment by code scanning, for four days not 10 minute increments like before. Went into store to see if they could load this for me. They said this feature isn’t working for QR code payment but is working to keep points. Really makes sense if they decide to try a different vendor for this app in the future.

Love but OTG Ordering Problem

I’m a die-hard dunkin fan (took a road trip from MD to MA just to visit the OG) and the app is great— tons of good deals. My only complaint is I only like 1 swirl of a flavor in my coffee and you can’t order that on the app. It just shows up as FlavorSwirl which employees read as normal number of swirls. So if i order a medium pumpkin coffee w 1 swirl, it still gets 3 bc it doesn’t come up as 2 less swirl like it does when you don’t order on the go. Not a big deal but annoying when you can only use a deal on the go but I know the order won’t be right :( Been like this for a few years, really would’ve thought they’ve updated this by now :/

Please do something about this app. Can’t reload money to the perks card nor does the loyalty numbers work!

This app use to work so good. Now it just never works. It always says can’t connect to the Internet and that’s a lie because every other app I have had no issues connecting to the internet. Won’t even allow me to do order on the go. Nor does it allow me to use what money I have left when I’m in store trying to pay. Fix this crap of an app.

Recently I have been attempting to use the app to place orders to a local Dunkin’. Unfortunately, once I have everything in my “cart” i will attempt to place the order but the app always crashes once I hit “check-out”. I had no previous problems with this app until a few weeks ago.

The app will not take my mobile orders! It will either say there’s a problem with the app, or there’s a problem with my card. I tried 4x knowing there was no issue just to be charged but for the app to say there was an issue putting an order in??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ As an overnight worker, I NEED my Dunkin’ fix before work which means I NEED this app to work!
