well rounded app really easy to use only con would be that it only has 2GB of free space on the free version which I think could be a bit higher.

It helps me with work for the most part as far as the filing system goes BUT it takes sooooo long to download pictures/videos. And it crashes on me all the time

Why would I give you money to have more than 2G of space when I can use up to 15G in Google Drive for free? And it works the SAME if not better? Easier interface and ease of access. Dropbox is wack.
Cannot sign in

When I try to sign in with an existing Dropbox account, the keyboard doesn't come up. So the app is useless since I can't type anything.

Had an account years ago and needed to use it again. Unable to reset password. I clicked “forgot” password. But the app was unable to send me a new one! It kept “failing”. I finally decided to create a new email account. Only then did I discover it was $11.99 a month! Ridiculous!
They auto renew your subscription without informing you and make it hard to cancel

I thought I had canceled my subscription a few weeks ago, so I was surprised to be charged today for a whole new year. It feels extremely predatory. I don’t recommend them.
