Awesome. Highly recommended.

What a life saver!

When the booze runs out and there’s no designated driver, this app will save your bacon!

Bad service

bski01

Used for the first time , got wrong beer and not much help from Drizly. Won’t use again

Order cancellations

Homamasa

My pets keep getting cancelled and you give no reason why.

Terrible customer service

yungyasmin

App tells me my order was delivered. I go downstairs and there’s nothing. I email customer service and receive no response other than “it says your order was delivered”. 30 minutes later the driver delivers my order with incorrect items. Absolutely useless. 0 stars if possible

Great idea. Bad execution

hooptieshoea

I so want this app to work. But Visa cancels my order as fraud every time I order. And then the stores don’t deliver when they say they will. And to top it all off there are very few stores in my area who participate and they all have jacked up prices. I’ve had endless issues over the last year. Giving up. It’s a great concept. Deserves better execution.

Terrible

veritylukas

Wasted an hour trying to input a gift address only to find there were zero wines available to deliver .. finally gave up. I’d love my time back.

Search Functions Are Pathetic

LynneeD

If you want to order more than one item, good luck. The search functionality is quite limited — you can’t search by store. I’ve ordered something and on multiple occasions wanted to add on snacks or another alcohol product, but my only option is to buy it from a different store, even though I know the first store carries the item. If having the full order is a must, you’re stuck with multiple vendors and that gets ridiculously expensive. Great in theory, awful in practice.
