It would be nice if stores would change prices and the app took care of the change. I hate that I have to correct an “error at checkout” though I cannot change the price.

I’ve ordered twice and each time delivery is late by two hours
Incomplete delivery

I was charged for my full order, but only received part of it. There is no way from the app, to contact your delivery driver. You have to send an email, and wait for a response from drizzly. This was my first time ordering, and it will definitely be my last.
Empty promises

I was told my delivery (which was a gift) would be delivered at 4pm. The delivery arrived after midnight while the recipient was sleeping. A very unfortunate experience for me - likely deal breaking.

The delivery driver stole my alcohol. Every request I sent Drizly has gone ignored. So I’m assuming the app is aware and doesn’t care that thieves are apart of their company. Thanks Drizly!
