Waiting and waiting but Customer service is good

Used this app to order some beer at 730, it said delivery would be less than an hour. At about 10 we got the order after having to call and make sure it even happened. It was a bit stressful wondering what was going on with the order as we got a text it was on it’s way about 9. I am upgrading my review from one star because Drizly did make it right and also seemed genuinely interested in my feedback. I will try it again but from a different liquor store next time.

Wrong item shipped

I ordered a birthday present for a family member and the wrong item was shipped. Drizly’s correction to this was giving me a $10 gift certificate which I will not use.

I just placed my first order. Easy to use app and nice design but now that I’m back in the app, I have much more options than before. Now I’m bummed with what I ordered.

I don’t have to go to the store anymore. I can keep a list of my favorites or explore similar products and also do price shopping without leaving my home. Also great for sending gifts.

Crashes on iPhone X iOS 11.2

Fresh install of app will not let you sign in on an iPhone X running latest iOS version. App will hang upon entry of first LETTER of password, and crash. Will also crash if you copy-paste your password and tap the login button. Deleted and reinstalled, shut down all other running apps, every possible user solution to no avail. Fix this nonsense and actually test it this time.
