Worst customer service. I’m not ordering again. This is the second time now. Last time it took two hours. This time, the store is about to close and it’s showing “packed” but what is the ETA?! Customer service gives no response! This is the last time I place an order through this app. I want a refund!

I ordered 3 bottles of wine for my elderly parents a full week before Christmas. Drizly wasted no time charging me but took 3 weeks to deliver he wine. There is no customer service. Finally I called the bottle shop and they were nice enough to deliver it. Next time order directly and skip the Drizly hassle.

I swear to God you run into so many people that do not how to write a simple application. The first clue is when you have a different experience in terms of searching between the web based version and the app based version. How in the world do you use two different search engines for these, ever hear of a rest API? Second clue is when the prices are different on each platform.This is completely irritating. Worse the web based version doesn’t really work in chrome,hence the reason for the app that gives you the terrible experience. Completely annoyed that I installed this useless pile of bits.

Search for anything & get the spinning circle of perpetual nothing. Erased app & re installed to no avail. Tried it with & without Wi-Fi connection. App is useless @ this point.

It’s now happened to me multiple times that I’ve placed an order that hasn’t been delivered and Drizly has charged me for it. Deliveries that claim to have been at my house when the status never changed or updated, nor did anyone contact me to let me know they were there for delivery. It’s worked out well a few times but this is a scam.
