I never get my orders

I have ordered from drizly 4x and have only gotten my order ONCE. They are always apologetic but it simply isn’t the point- if the businesses you dealing with don’t want to deliver you need to find new ones. Iamperis on edmondson avenue would be a great choice instead of who YOU HAVE. They would actually deliver and not in 60 minutes. Case in point- I tried to order for today on 12/2/20- the store you have can’t deliver at 4:30pm? Really???? Are they closed? No. Then what is the problem? Bad service.

Terrible Customer Service

You have no way of contacting them if anything is wrong and you need to change your order. You have to email support, no phone number. When they give you a phone number it is after your missed delivery and they want to charge you the restocking fee. They use Doordash as a delivery provider anyways. Save money and just go to the source of your actual delivery. They also charge $16.99 which is have the price of my actual order for a restocking fee when Doordash never delivers what they are supposed to. Half the price and it wasn’t even my fault I never got the delivery!

Carrier pigeons are more reliable than Drizly. 3 out of three times my orders (for myself and gifts for others got screwed up). Three strikes and you’re a terrible app.

This is the buggiest app I’ve ever used. It’s actually unbelievable that they released it this way. I can’t search for anything, I can’t add my address.

From one day to the next this app was “updated”. Now it’s slow as hell and I have way less options than before. User experience has gone down the drain and I’m I’m incredibly bummed ??
